What is Buy Online Pickup In Store?
Stanton Optical is making eye care easy. You can now purchase glasses online at stantonoptical.com and pick them up the SAME DAY at any available location.
- Orders will be available for same day pick-up if placed between 10am - 4pm ET Monday-Saturday. All other orders will be available the next day excluding Sunday.
- Product and prescription exclusions apply.
What do I need to bring to pick up my order?
- Your Order Confirmation e-mail or order number.
- Your valid government issued ID. For your protection, we will only release the order if the customer name on the confirmation e-mail matches the name on the ID.
What if I want to modify my order or cancel?
Modifications can only be made :15 minutes after placing your order, otherwise we will have already begun processing your glasses. Simply call your pickup store (order listed on your confirmation email), and they will assist you with the modification needed.
How do I place my buy online pickup in store order?
- Start by shopping from the list of eligible frames here.
- Enter your prescription.
- Select your preferred Stanton Optical store for pick-up.
- Checkout and submit order.
- Wait for your “Order Confirmation” email/text message. This lets you know the order has been received and is in progress.
- Wait for your “Order is Ready for Pickup” email/text message. This lets you know you can now come to the store to pick up your glasses.
- Be sure to bring your order number, and picture ID to the store for pick-up.
- When you arrive at the store, visit the eyewear dispense station.
- You can take your glasses and go, or you can spend a few minutes with our Eye care specialist for a fit adjustment.
How will Stanton Optical notify me when my order is ready?
- We will send you an email and text message to notify you that your order is ready for pickup.
- If you don’t receive a notification from us or have questions about your order, please contact the store directly. The number is listed on your order confirmation address underneath the store’s address.
What happens if I can’t pick up my order the same day?
We will keep your order for 120 days and send you an email/text reminder to pick up your order. If after 120 days, you don’t pick up your order it will be returned and a store credit will be provided towards a future order.
Is buy online pickup in store available for all glasses, sunglasses, and contacts?
You will find all the eyeglass frames and sunglass frames available for store pick-up here. At this time contacts are not available for this service.
Can I have someone else pickup my order?
Yes. Please ensure they have your order number and your phone number so we can call you during pickup to receive your consent.
Is there a cost for same day pickup?
It’s FREE! There is no additional cost for this service.
When will I be charged for my order?
Payment will be processed online during checkout, prior to picking up your glasses.
